Our parent brand, JPMorganChase, regularly engages in social justice and philanthropic efforts. This time, it was bringing awareness to the millions of people with criminal records who are unable to rejoin the workforce. “The Waiting Workforce” was our campaign to help pass Clean Slate legislation and remove the paperwork that held people back long after they paid their debt.

The paperwork needed to clear their records keeps millions from supporting their families. We built statues out of that paperwork to bring the struggle to life.
We placed these 'paper statues' in front of the National Constitution Center, a juxtaposition to where our founding fathers originated our constitution.
